  1. Firstly boiled rice in the presence of salt. Boiled it properly.
  2. Then boiled chicken in the presence of salt and soya sauce 1-2 tbsp. Abd make ut shredded.
  3. Beat 3 eggs and add salt and yellow colour in it and mix it well. Now cook it in fry pan and after cooked, cut it into small pieces.
  4. Now keep it in mind chinese Food will prepare at high flame so alll your cooking will be done at high flame. So heat up the oil and add ginger garlic paste in it. Remember flame will be high.
  5. Now add black pepper and mix it well. Now add cabbage and capsicum and fry it. Thwn add boiled peas in it. And mix it well. Now add soya sauce,suagar and chicken powder in it and mix it well.
  6. Add boiled chicken in it and mix it well and flame should be high. Now add boiled rice and egg pieces in it and mix it properly add yakhni in it. Now turn off the flame.
  7. In restaurants, #dam will not be given to egg fried rice but if u want give for just 5 minutes. Serve it with raita. Remsvere me in your prayers.
